People often refer to this memorial as a "wedge"—and with good reason! With its wide bottom and slanting face, it offers plenty of stability and ease of reading in the cemetery.
This memorial, made of 100% monument-grade black granite, is polished on the front and back and rocky on the top, sides, and 2" in the front.
The price includes engraving on the front side and installation in most cemeteries within 90 miles of Springdale, AR. Please note that a select few cemeteries have a "flagging fee"- a fee the cemetery charges to locate the grave prior to installation. In these cemeteries the fee is not optional and we must collect it from you and remit it to the cemetery on your behalf. You should already be aware if your cemetery charges this and we will contact you to collect it if it applies to you.
Slant measures 24" long x 10" wide at the widest point on the bottom x 16" tall. The slant is polished on the front and features 2" of "rocky nosing" (basically protects against the mower). The back side of the slant is sawn, meaning it is a more matte finish.
