Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because all of our products are custom-made according to your approved specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  

If the engraved product you received does not appear just like the signed approval you submitted, please contact your memorial sales counselor and we will replace the item at no additional charge. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception or installation and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you believe you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, we are not responsible for damages caused by the freezing, cemetery personnel, cemetery equipment, vandalism, acts of God, etc.
