Each memorial we make is carefully crafted to stand the test of time. At this point in the process, your monument has been engraved, passed our quality control standards, and is now ready for delivery to the cemetery. 

Here is what you need to know.

• Scheduling can take 4-8 weeks. Our crews do not install memorials if the ground conditions are not ideal or when the weather poses a risk to their safety or to the stability of the freshly installed stone. Please note that wet winter and spring months can result in longer delays. 
• You do not need to take any action at this time. We simply want you to be aware that the stone has been engraved.
• Closer to the time, our team will contact the cemetery caretaker and ask them to mark the plot for us. Our policy is to install the monument at the location indicated by the caretaker. This is standard industry procedure.
• We will not meet you in the cemetery for installation. Unfortunately, our schedule will not allow for it. 
  
• We will not discard or throw away any items decorating your loved one's graveside. However, items may not be placed exactly as you had them. 
• We highly recommend temporarily removing concrete statues, landscape fencing, and large plants that may restrict the crew's ability to work at the gravesite.

After we install the monument, we will contact the primary purchaser by phone to inform them that the monument has been installed. We will send photos by email and/or text to everyone listed on the file.
