During this phase of the process, the stencil we cut will be applied to the stone in preparation for sandblasting. 

At Emerson Monument Company, we use the Double Processing method of memorial making. While this method of production takes longer and requires more skill, it results in deep, clean letters and perfect sandblast lines. 

Each memorial we make will vary in its degree of complexity. We do not want to rush our craftsmen and certainly want them to ensure the accuracy and precision of each memorial they make. For this reason, we suggest allowing anywhere from 1-4 weeks in the production process.
