Status of Your Memorial – Early Stages of Production

The art of making a memorial is very unique. Unlike other products we use every day, monuments are still largely handmade.

At this point in the process, we have received your approval of the artwork and are preparing your order for production. Believe it or not, a LOT is going on “behind the scenes”!

Behind the scenes, we are doing the following:

·        - Double-checking all design work to ensure optimal sandblasting or laser etching (whichever is applicable)

·         - If you ordered an enameled steel photo, we are double-checking to ensure it will look its best and are ordering it to be manufactured

·       -  We are reserving your granite. Sometimes this means we are reserving an in-stock stone for you and other times it means we are ordering a stone from the quarry.
